There was a half-hour wait at 4pm on Sunday. My friends and I agreed that Sushiman had regressed... or maybe it was a branch problem. In addition, salmon is more expensive than salmon belly/grilled salmon because the former is much fatter, so don’t order it wrong.
This sushi restaurant is the only sushi restaurant in Kwai Chung District. If you want to eat sushi, there are no options in Kwai Fong. Although there are Kwai Chung Plaza and Sun City, the only remaining options are Kwai Chung Plaza and Yuan Qi. If you choose, there are two Yuanqi restaurants nearby, and Sushi Lang has one in Xincheng City.

Extremely rubbish.1. The fish is super bitter and super fishy. The quality is poor, and I guess the reason for the bitter taste is that the master cut out the fish gall.2. Kadarana dessert is so sweet that it makes you gag.3. The environment is not clean, the countertops and chairs are not cleaned, and the food crumbs and stains from the previous guest are still there.4. The tableware is placed strangely, and you have to stand up every time to pick up the tableware.
Alright this is the busiest sushiro in HK. There's plenty of other stores around in the Tsuen Wan area. Go there instead. Dont come during peak hours or public holidays or weekends.Anyways other than waiting 2 hrs at times, the food was great! As with all sushiro. Don't order the tempura tho. I always find their batter very underwhelming. Just the Sushi and the steamed eggs are good. desserts as well
The food in this sushi restaurant is scrumptious and there are apparently fries here. There's a tablet for you to order on and then it comes from a high conveyor , it's really hard for children to get food .Overall, nice sushi restaurant depending on what you eat.
There wasn't a long queue when I went there with my husband, as it could be because of lunch hour (people may not choose to come here and waste majority of their lunch time queuing).The staff in charge of calling numbers was a bit rude, we stood right in front of him but never heard him calling our number. When I saw on the screen that it was already past our number we went up to him and he replied "why didn't you guys come up when I called your number... Please wait for a bit again". The staff attitude was terrible.The food quality was good, definitely recommend trying the desserts especially ice cream.
