Order placement and food serving are all automated, which is novel. The food is passable but not outstanding, and I don't know why there are always queues. Even if you have been there, you won’t go there often.

I’ve been to Sushiro a handful of times, aka 3 times. I’ve been quite impressed by the quality of the fish, the service efficiency of Sushiro as well as the selections. Especially, compared to what we get in the US, this eclipse’s it by miles. For the price, it’s also hard to beat. For example, for a family of 7, the bill ended up around $115 USD. Long story short, you’ll likely need a reservation, and you’ll need to wait. So be sure to go early to get your reservation, and expect to eat in 1-2 hours later.Plus, you get about 60m to eat. At least that was my experience.

Typical fast food sushi. You get what you expect. Efficient service with nice sushi at an affordable price. Try to avoid peak hours

Must-eat sea urchin toro sushi-Sushi LangFb:Next stop pig pen; IG@Pig7stationOn a whim, I made a reservation for Sushiman in advance. After registering, I got a seat quickly. Since I only had 1 hour of dining time, I immediately used my pad to order some wild food first. I must order the sea urchin sushi and Toro sushi😌The sea urchin is so sweet and fresh😛Toro It's quite plump, and the price is worth it.In addition, I found that the shellfish are very good. Hokkikai sushi and red shell sushi are both delicious. It feels like great value for money and I am very satisfied. I heard that there are not too many people in a certain D branch. You can try it.

Good and tasty Japanese sushi restaurant chain in Hong Kong but operated by a Japanese company. The food is good with good value for money. Recommended for everyone.

The food was a little different from Genki sushi. I like how we can order by screen and how the dishes come to you personally. The fish is fresh and the variety was good. The quality is not the best but what do you expect. It’s cheap and cheerful.

We were fortunate to beat the lunch rush, so our queue was maybe 15 mins. When there’s a queue though, there’s an hour dine-in time limit, so it’s definitely not a restaurant for a leisure meal during the prime time. Nonetheless, the food comes out fast and the quality was really good, especially for the price, so I definitely got to get my money’s worth and a satisfied palette.

A direct competitor to the long established Genki Sushi in Hong Kong, Sushiro really brings the heat to the competition. They offer competitive pricing, seasonal menu items and the now rare conveyor belt sushi. Coming here is quite an adventure as there will 100% always be a line here. Getting a ticket early in the night is key to getting a seat within a reasonable amount of time. We came at 6pm to get a ticket, and had a seat by 6:30pm. The people who arrived after 6:30pm were not so lucky, as their waits were at least an hour. The sushi itself was quite fresh and tasty although when directly comparing it with Genki, Genki's rice is a bit tastier and has a better texture. Would definitely come again if there's not much of a wait in line.

Visited the place at 11am, it's not that packed so managed to get seated quickly. Wide range of sushi selection which is great for customer like me who would like to enjoy different dishes. The vanilla/coffee Desset is a must have, flavour is soooo rich with a strong after taste (even I am not a big fan of coffee, I cant stop eating it!)Watch out for seasonal promo and any special sushi selection available for the month and i am sure you wont be disappointed :)Will come back again for sure
