Tried the new Lee Kum Kee seriesScallops in Oyster Sauce: Too much onion and you can’t get the onion flavor from the oyster sauceHow good is the combination of sea bream and XO sauce?Live abalone sashimi, $58, a few pieces, very fine piecesTie everything else up to a consistent standardI tried the new series crossover with lee kum kee.Scallop with osyter sauce: onion flavor is too strong i can’t even taste the flavor of oyster sauce.Japanese sea bream with xo sauce is really matchedSashimi and sushi rice quality is very good, maintain good standard as usual.

Terrible service. My youngest daughter (1.5 years old) woke up 1 hour 15 mins into our meal, just when we were prepared to leave. I didn’t want her to leave with an empty stomach so ordered a steamed egg for her. A young staff came over and said “你哋都食咗好耐啦喎 / You guys have spent a long time here” to which I replied my daughter just woke up and needed something to eat. The staff then said “咁請你哋食快啲啦，因為出邊都有人等緊 / Hurry up because there are people waiting outside”.As a father of two kids I have never been treated like this in any restaurants anywhere. The steamed egg never came and the staff locked the tablet used to order food, such that I could not even use it to get the bill.We left only to see there was literally ONE family waiting outside.I understand Sushiro has a one-hour meal policy but if you think it’s okay to harass your customers who just do not want a kid to leave with a grumpy empty stomach, well, all the very best to your business.I know I won’t ever visit again.
