Fantastic food and very efficient service. Felt a little rushed as can only have take for 1 hour at a time. Cannot have big groups, maximum 6 people per table.

Very nice. Very good price for quality fresh food. Green tea tastes a bit swampy though. 🤣 Not sure whether it was supposed to be matcha or something else. There was a bit of waiting time but only because it was a Saturday afternoon.

I visited the sushi restaurant this weekend, arriving around 1015. Fortunately, I was seated promptly within 5 minutes, despite it being a busy weekend time.The sushi itself tasted fresh and nice overall, which is the most important thing when evaluating a sushi restaurant.However, one thing I disliked about the experience was the poor handling of an out of stock item in my order. When several of the items I ordered were unavailable, the restaurant cancelled those items from my order without informing me or acknowledging the change.As a customer, I expect to be communicated with regarding the status of my order, including if any modifications or substitutions need to be made. Simply cancelling an item without notice is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the service.While the food itself met expectations, the lack of communication around changes to my order was disappointing and the one downside of my experience. With improved transparency and customer service around conveying modifications to a diner's order, this could have been a strong overall experience.Effective communication is key to quality service at a restaurant, even if everything else is satisfactory.

Sunday take ticket 4pm. Waited Around 45mins. Their limited products for 2 years anniversary were quite good. Most of them worth to try! My friend and me ordered 12dishes + dessert. Total $35x 😃

It opened in early 2021 and it was one of the craziest Sushi restaurants I have ever visited. More than 3 hours waiting in line is just insane. We got a serve ticket at about 1 pm and eventually we had our dinner there. It has an updated food automation system such that you order through their serving pad and your food will be delivered by their conveyor belt. Of course you can also pick up any Sushi dish that is sitting on the carousel. Food quality and diversity is fine, prices are reasonable, yet I still can't figure out why people want to wait for hours to eat here. Did I miss something?
